The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps program is a collaboration between the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute. The rankings show the rank of the health of every county in the state and illustrate that much of what affects health occurs outside the doctor's office, including a variety of measurers such as high school graduation rates, unemployment, air and water quality, income, obesity and more.
